[Attention!] The application deadline is Extended!!

The deadline for National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) Int'l student Fall Semester 2010 admission has extended until March 31, 2010.

 

In case the activity of "Take It If You Can" has more and more people awarded, and the many calls for more time, NCKU has agreed to hold back the deadline in hopes of finding more prospective students to apply for the university. Applicants now have till Wednesday, 31 March 2010 (based on postmark)to submit all application documents.

 

Just a reminder, all applications must be submitted or uploaded by March 31, 2010. There will be strictly no extension after that date, so hurry to find more wonderful pleasures at NCKU, the best university in Taiwan.

·     Application Duration for Fall 2010 Admission: December 15, 2009 ~ March 15, 2010 (enroll in the Mid-September 2010)

·     Application Duration for Spring 2011 Admission: July 15, 2010 ~ October 15, 2010 (enroll in the Mid-February 2011)

Ø   Application Requirements & Method: please refer to page 50 to 53 & page 58 to 61 on the booklet of application instructions

Ø   Degree Programs Open to International Students: the programs can be confirmed on the admission website at http://admissions.oia.ncku.edu.tw for each semester.

Ø   Programs in English: Institute of International Management (IIMBA), Engineering Management Group at the Department of Civil Engineering, Institute of Creative Industry Design (ICID) & Masters Program in Sustainable Development Practice (MDP).

Ø   NCKU Distinguished International Student Scholarship

1.       Full tuition fee waivers for graduate students

2.       Scholarships with monthly allowance or assistantship (maximum NTD$8000 for master and maximum NTD$ for Ph.D. students) is available for graduate students

3.       Tuition fees range from full to partial waivers for undergraduate students

4.       Free on-campus accommodation
